GOAD COMPANY Tank Lining Technology Featured by NACE(R) International
N-FUZEŽ Lining is Key to Handling Difficult Containment Projects
- (1888PressRelease) July 16, 2011 - St. Louis, Missouri: GOAD COMPANY announced today that several new articles touting recent product innovations have been published by leading corrosion engineering society NACEŽ International.
In a June 28, 2011 story published in the Paint and Coatings Industry News section on Paintsquare.com, the online version of the Journal of Protective Coatings & Linings, GOAD COMPANY'S custom-engineered, tank linings for companies with critical containment requirements was highlighted.
The article discusses GOAD'S Patent-Pending N-FUZEŽ Lining technology that includes infused machine welds that are designed to eliminate gaps resulting from imperfect hand welded seams, molded corner inserts for double protection in the corners and the use of full-size, RF-welded High Performance KorosealŽ panels to eliminate lining seams in tank walls and bottom.
Then in the July 2011 edition of CoatingsPro, published by NACEŽ for commercial coatings contractors, another article on GOAD COMPANY was published entitled, "Coatings And Lining System To The Rescue." The story detailed a recent successful project where GOAD combined coating technology together with its patent-pending N-FUZEŽ lining technology to provide a very reliable and cost-effective containment system for agressive process chemistries at a facility where environmental risk had to be avoided.
GOAD COMPANY'S patented, leak detection system, TANKeyeŽ, was also mentioned in the NACEŽ stories as designed to locate pre-leak conditions electronically without the expense of having to drain the tank or subject linings to a destructive test.
