Goa Institute of Management (GIM) is holding an Executive Learning Solutions Program, on 'HR Analytics for HR Effectiveness' from 15 to 16 July at its campus in Goa.
The Executive Learning Solutions programs at GIM provide intense and transformative learning experience designed to fit the constraints of seasoned mid-career executives.
Having graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Goa University, his choice to pursue a PGDM with GIM was reinforced when he realised the potential it had to enhance his skills and help him become a balanced management professional.

At GIM, Dr. Padhmanabhan teaches courses like Organizational Behavior, Power and Influence in Organizations, and Conflict Management in Organizations. His teaching and research interests are related to interpersonal relationships in small groups, and he is also writing case studies that explore the individual and group processes in Indian organizations.
All 50 Scholarships will be decided in Jan 2016, on profile basis i.e. Professional, Academic and Extra-curricular excellence, much before CAT/XAT scores are out.
Goa Institute of Management is organizing the United Nations-supported 6th PRME-Asia Forum on November 27-28 this year. The Forum will be preceded by a Workshop on Teaching Responsible Management.

Goa Institute of Management has announced its Academic Competence and Excellence Scholarship Scheme (ACCESS) for applicants to the batch 2015-17. Sum of Rs. 2.4 crore allotted as the scholarship fund.
