CIS provided a Financial Impact Analysis of client's key government programs to evaluate potential liability resulting from the merger, and to implement necessary processes and methodology for future acquisitions.

Specifically, CIS was retained to provide a Financial Impact Analysis of key government programs to assess any potential liability resulting from the merger, and to implement appropriate processes and methodology for future acquisitions.

In addition, CIS completed recalculations for the purpose of restating historical statutory pricing components and provided a final report on potential mitigation requirements.

- Put significant dedicated staff on the project who had GP and financial analysis experience, as well as an operations team familiar with industry data, proprietary systems and an understanding of its client's business requirements
- Work collaboratively with the client's staff within both their business and technology groups.
