GIVEAWAY ENTRY PERIOD: The JPC Free Diapers for a Year Giveaway begins at 8:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CST”) on May 1, 2019 and ends at 11:59:00 a.m. (CST) on May 31, 2019 (the “Entry Period”).
SPONSOR: Jonesboro Pediatric Clinic, LLC
ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is open to individuals age 18 or older who are legal residents of the 50 United States, whom either have a child in diapers or are expecting a baby. Winner must be available to pick up the winnings in person at 616 Southwest Drive monthly. Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules (“Rules”) and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
HOW TO ENTER:
Enter IN PERSON by coming into the clinic at 616 Southwest Drive, Jonesboro, AR 72401 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Once properly submitted, the information will be considered and referred to herein as your “Giveaway Entry.” Each household is allowed one entry for the Giveaway.
PRIZES: One (1) prize will be awarded. The winner will receive a supply of free PAMPERS diapers for one (1) year (consisting of a predetermined type of PAMPERS diapers and a predetermined APPROXIMATE amount of diapers per month for twelve (12) months) awarded once a month. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The amount of PAMPERS diapers received will be dependent upon the child’s age and size. No substitution for any prize is permitted after the prize has been ordered. Please see our Prize Details section for more specific information regarding the diapers.
ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted under supervision of the Administrator and a live Facebook audience.
The winner will be notified via phone from Sponsor to the potential winner’s written phone number. Sponsor is not responsible for changes to a potential winner’s phone number that may interfere with winner’s notification. When a potential winner confirms receipt of Administrator’s notice, he/she will be required to visit the office at 616 Southwest Drive, Jonesboro, AR 72401 to complete a media release form within three (3) days of date notified or they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. If a potential winner fails to respond to notification within three (3) days after its transmission; or any failure of notification due to deactivation of phone service or change in number prior to receipt of notification; or if a winner cannot accept the prize for any reason, or if a winner is not in compliance with these Rules, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be determined from all eligible non-winning entries. A potential winner is not a recipient of a prize until she/he has been verified or notified as a confirmed winner by the Sponsor.
