GIGCO is a marketplace where freelancers (GIGsters) select jobs of their choice and Employers (GIGmakers) find talent across nearly 300 skill set categories to outsource job needs.
GIGCO believes that an integrated multi-purpose studio by professionals for professionals will help to improve and hone talents. GIGspace is a creative space where the community, equipped with advanced tools and technology, come together to share, co-work and rediscover their passions. This will be the first in a series of studio training sessions envisioned to cater to various disciplines such as photography, videography, digital design, modeling, hosting and other multi-media disciplines, fostering a sense of community where GIGsters can come together to do bigger and better things.
GIGCO believes that a continuous culture of learning through both open and curated training delivered face-to-face, streamed online and recorded, will give rise to a fourth industrial revolution workforce of total transformation and digitisation of all jobs. GIGCO believes that GIGspace will change how professionalism and expertise is passed on. GIGCO is the beginning of an exciting journey in the global market to meet the needs of over 77 million freelancers worldwide.
The first GIGSpace will be in Singapore with extension plans for locations within and outside the country. This fund-raising exercise will go toward establishing our own GIGCO Media Studio (GIGSpace) and will propagate our purpose and help us build a network of people and advocates to spread the word.
