Food Safety Magazine has published an article about the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) certification at the facilities of two JustFoodERP customers: G.S. Dunn, the world's largest dry mustard miller, which recently certified to the highest level of Safe Quality Food (SQF) standard - part of GFSI - and The Original Cakerie, a frozen dessert manufacturer, which certified two manufacturing locations to the highest level of BRC, another GFSI standard.

    The magazine, Quality Assurance & Food Safety Magazine also recently published an article about the details of the SQF certification process at G.S. Dunn: from why they chose the GFSI standard through to what exactly was effort and cost to the company, and what helped them achieve the highest level of SQF.
