Getting Good Advice: Three Montreal Experts Let You In On Their Top Ideas
Money, physical fitness and relationships: finding answers to the challenges in our lives.
- (1888PressRelease) May 25, 2011 - Montreal, QC - Finding solid advice on money, physical fitness and relationships can be a challenge. The Atwater Library hosts a series of workshops on these topics with three trusted Montreal experts starting on Saturday, May 28 from 12:45 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. The cost is $35, with $5 donated to the NDG Food Depot.
Daniela Moretti says that a workshop like this has never been done before. "Usually people have to go from one consultant to another for different areas of their lives. We decided to cover these three topics all in one place and time."
Mindyme Workshops were created by Daniela Moretti, Susan Munro and Adena Franz following a public speaking course. Their motivation is their belief in giving back to the community some of their expertise based on years of working in their respective fields.
Moretti says that these three topics are interrelated when striving for balance in our busy lives. For example, if money's an issue, it's reflected in our bodies and how we communicate in our relationships. Likewise for an unhappy relationship; it shows up in our body language and sometimes, the pocketbook. And if our bodies are out of whack, being productive and happy will affect our relationships and finances.
Mindyme Workshops benefit participants aged 40 and over, women and men, by challenging them to work on the things that really matter. "We get them to activate their inner strength to get on with what they've been putting off. It really works, sometimes one small change can make all the difference"
