Gerstein Global Futures Expands e-Commerce in Asia Pacific under New Leadership

(1888PressRelease) April 30, 2011 - The appointment of Khan is part of Gerstein Global Futures initiative of global expansion of its trading services through various asset classes. Khan is expected to lead the ongoing expansion of the firm's electronic coverage in the Asian region utilizing its exceptional electronic trading platform which will be used for multiple commodity and brokerage products in the years ahead.

In 2003, Ms. Khan joined Gerstein Global Futures as a Credit Product Manager. She has become well-known for her endeavor of electronic brokerage products expansion which includes Japan's CDS, Asian Indices as well as New Zealand and Australian government and corporate bonds.

Along with the promotion of Ms. Audrey Khan, Gerstein Global Futures also promoted Mr. Edward Wachlin as Associate Director for Asian Region e-Commerce Service. Mr. Wachlin has joined Gerstein Global Futures in 2004 as a product manager covering foreign exchange options, US treasuries and CDS. Mr. Wachlin will directly report to Ms. Khan and he will be responsible for the trading and marketing daily operations of Gerstein Global Futures electronic products from Japan, New Zealand, Australia, China, Singapore and Hong Kong.
