German Telekom's progress in care
The German telecom company is proceeding with the implementation of Family Care Time passed by the Bundestag Act. As one of the first companies in Germany, the company offers its employees from January next year to the provisions of the law for home care of a close relative.
- (1888PressRelease) January 02, 2012 - The family care time provides that employees of home care their working hours over a maximum period of two years can reduce up to 15 hours per week - without changing the content is lowered completely to the new working hours. The employee works full again, the monthly salary by the increase granted earlier post is adapted.

" The company also offers special rates for part-time trainees and managers.
