The soft opening was last January 31, 2012. A pharmacy cum convenient store and a motor vehicle shop can be found beside the Boalan fuel station that is open from 6a.m. to 8p.m.
Councilor Benjamin "Nonong" Guingona graced the opening of the third Phoenix fuel station along Lobregat High-way in Boalan last Saturday.
