GCAM Hosts Opening Ceremony for New Plasma Center in Edinburg TX
GCAM, Inc, has opened a plasma center in Edinburg, TX on December 31st. The organization will be hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the local Chamber of Commerce and the public in attendance on January 9th, 2020, at the new location.

(GCAM) will host an opening event and ribbon-cutting ceremony on January 9, 2020, at 11 A.M. at the newly-built GCAM Plasma Center located 419 E. University Drive Edinburg, TX 78539. Refreshments will be available as well as prizes and games. The general public and GCAM plasma donors are welcomed to attend the event.
Local members of the Chamber of Commerce, members of the community, the CEO and staff members from GCAM’s corporate and regional offices, and GCAM’s plasma donors will be in attendance. A ribbon-cutting ceremony, music, the opportunity to win prizes in a raffle, and free food and refreshments will be available during the reception.
GCAM Edinburg wants to take the time to thank the donors and staff willing to help GCAM collect the life-saving plasma that is used to keep patients with chronic illness alive and create the medications and vaccines that many of us use in our everyday lives.
GCAM knows that its donors are very important because plasma cannot be prepared synthetically and many patients with rare and chronic illnesses rely on plasma donations. This reception aims to thank and encourage more people to participate.
