Despite the the rain and hail in Hollywood, the GBK lounge was visited by some of the best talent in the industry, including: Jane Lynch, Jacki Weaver, Cloris Leachman, Jaime Pressly, William Shatner, Teri Hatcher, Cheech Marin, Mike O'Malley, Malin Akerman, Charlotte Ross, Regina King, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Boris Kodjoe, Lauren Velez, Terell Owens, Niecy Nash, Tony Shalhoub, Josh Sussman, Tim Daly, Natasha Henstridge, Michael Vartan, Maria Menounos, Chris Harrison, to name a few.
Celebrities, VIP's and media had the opportunity to enjoy a luxurious environment with gifts, refreshments, and charity fundraising. A portion of the proceeds from the gifting lounge are donated to City of Hope, a leading research and treatment center for cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases; American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization lead by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, provides relief to victims of disasters and helps people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies; and A New Way of Life Reentry Project, an organization committed to breaking the cycle of incarceration and addiction for women and girls so they can live happy lives.
There was an array of unique gifts included in the lounge and celebrities ran around, enamored with their new gifts. Jane Lynch tested the Kefty home gym, a pilaties type apparatus that allows you to work out while in the comfort of your own home. She also got comfy on a ComforPedic mattress by Simmons, with stepdaughter Hayden. Cloris Leachman also adored the ComforPedic by Simmons mattress stating she could "stay there forever." Jacki Weaver said, "if you have pink, I'll wear it all the time," addressing the pink diamond ring by Diamonds by Donna. Jaime Pressly snagged a pair of William Rast sunglasses commenting, "they think of everything, these glasses don't leave cheek marks."
Attendees also enjoyed getting their nails done by Julep and getting their eyebrows threaded by Ziba.
