Until now known as Cash Out A Timeshare, Gateway Timeshare Resales will service sellers and buyers with the same quality timeshare brokerage services as before.

Known previously as Cash Out A Timeshare, executives decided that the time was right to make a move to the new Gateway Timeshare Resales name, which reflects the comprehensive resale brokerage services provided by its experienced team of licensed real estate agents.
"Like many businesses, we have grown and adapted to the marketplace in order to service the timeshare owners looking for a commission-based solution to their timeshare resale needs," said GTR Principal Broker Diane L. "This growth and the feedback we've received from the industry made us realize that it was time for a new brand for the company."
