Gardere Promotes Five New Partners
The Texas-based law firm of Gardere Wynne Sewell announces new partners in firm's Dallas, Houston and Austin offices.
- Dallas, TX (1888PressRelease) April 03, 2015 - Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP is pleased to announce that Firm Attorneys Nanette K. Beaird, Matt Crockett, Mary Elizondo Frazier, Adam C. Hull and Eunice Song have been elected to partnership effective April 1, 2015.

Ms. Beaird is a government affairs attorney in Gardere's Austin office, representing national and international clients in all regulated industries before state agencies throughout Texas and beyond. In addition, she has extensive experience drafting legislation on behalf of clients. Ms. Beaird is a 1987 graduate of University of Virginia School of Law.
Mr. Crockett is a member of the Firm's Banking and Finance Team in Dallas. He represents regional banks, corporate and private equity clients in financial transactions, especially in the areas of real estate finance and acquisition financing. Mr. Crockett is a 2007 graduate of the California Western School of Law.
Ms. Frazier is a trial attorney in Gardere's Houston office and a key member of the Firm's energy litigation team. Her practice focuses on a variety of litigation matters, including personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, products liability and business tort disputes. Ms. Frazier is a 2007 graduate of South Texas College of Law.
Mr. Hull is a member of the Firm's Corporate Practice Group in Dallas. He provides public and private companies counsel on complex business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity and venture capital financing. Mr. Hull is a 2007 graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law.
Ms. Song is corporate attorney in Gardere's Houston office. Her experience involves a broad corporate and securities practice with an energy industry focus, including experience working on energy construction projects, as well as drafting and negotiating EPC agreements for power plants. Ms. Song is a 2006 graduate of Washington University School of Law.
