Mr. Bracken, a Trial partner, focuses his practice on commercial, construction and copyright infringement litigation. His experience includes defending numerous oilfield downhole service providers in both arbitration and jury trials. Mr. Bracken provides clients with 20 years of experience in the energy industry. He has earned selection to The Best Lawyers in America for his work in Oil & Gas Law (Contract, Litigation) for seven consecutive years.

Mr. Spear, a Corporate partner, represents domestic and international clients in acquisitions, divestitures and the financing of oil & gas properties and power facilities, including renewables, midstream properties, chemical plants and refineries.
