Gamxing(tm) Inc. Announces Board Of Advisors
Five business leaders have been elected to Gamxing's Board of Advisors.

The newly elected advisers are John Beane (Vice President, Engineering, Founding Team of ecoATM), Maryann Fiala (Co-Founder of Innovectis), Kathleen Naughton (Former Compliance/Privacy Officer for the University of California San Diego Health Sciences), Darin Andersen (Founder of Cyberhive, an incubation and acceleration programs based in San Diego) and Mark Sandson (President, Core Strategic Advisors).
"The expertise this board brings to Gamxing includes a wealth of knowledge in technology, business leadership and venture funding to support Gamxing in serving the more than $5.2 billion regulatory training market, " said Katherine Waldron, Co-founder and CEO.

The five newly elected board members include:
John Beane - Mr. Beane, Vice President Engineering and Cofounder of ecoATM, has been involved with successful San Diego startups for more than 20 years. He was an original member of local companies such as Pyxis Corporation (now CareFusion), Bridge Medical (acquired by Cerner), CardioNow (acquired by Agfa), and Asteres Inc., where he was also a founder. These organizations raised in excess of $100 million in venture funding and resulted in exits totaling nearly $1.5 billion.
In these ventures, Mr. Beane has been tasked with inventing technology that did not exist for markets that had yet to be established. Mr. Beane holds 11 US patents and 1 foreign patent. Mr. Beane was educated at the University of New Hampshire, where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science with a Minor in Spanish.
Kathleen Naughton - Ms.Naughton served as the Chief Compliance / Privacy Officer for UC San Diego Health Sciences (UCSD) until her retirement in June 2013. She implemented the Compliance Program at UCSD in 1996 and incorporated the Privacy Program in 2003. She is currently the Compliance Program Advisor for UCSD Health Sciences.
She was actively involved with the University of California Health System Compliance and Privacy Committees, participated in the development of the standards of business conduct, compliance program manual, UC San Diego Health System's compliance and privacy policies and development of policies and supporting training materials related to billing, privacy and information security, and other compliance topics. She has worked in the academic health care field since 1971 and been involved with research, medical billing, compliance and privacy program activities in health care settings since 1976.
She is a consultant to other entities on matters related to compliance, HIPAA privacy and privacy education and a member of the privacy taskforce for the San Diego Regional Health Information Exchange.
Her certifications include: CHC, certified health care compliance, Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), CPC, Certified Professional Coder, American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), CCS-P, Certified Coding Specialist, American Hospital Information Management Association (AHIMA). Ms. Naughton resides in San Diego, California with her husband and two children.
Maryann Fiala - Ms. Fiala, a non-profit executive with over 25 years in various technology sectors, is co-founder of Innovectis, an association formed to provide a national networking platform and business development opportunities for emerging and mid-tier technology companies. She also consults for the National Health Information Sharing and Analysis Center and The Center for Advanced Aerospace Platforms and Applications, providing both with strategic guidance in the areas of board relations, membership development, programs and marketing. She was previously the Regional Vice President for TechAmerica where she recruited and retained members in a nineteen state territory. She also lobbied state and federal government for technology related issues.
She has been an Executive Director for various Chambers of Commerce, including Orange City and Oviedo. Ms. Fiala has a B.A. from Youngstown State University and resides in Oviedo, Florida.
Darin Andersen - Mr. Andersen is a founding board member of CyberHive, an incubation/acceleration program based in San Diego that delivers business and technical support to early stage companies providing cybersecurity related products and services. Mr. Andersen is also the Founder/CEO of CyberUnited, Inc., a cybersecurity and analysis firm focused on big data and predictive analytics.
Before founding CyberUnited, Darin was the General Manager, North America for Norman Data Defense Systems, a global leader and pioneer in proactive security solutions and forensics malware tools. In 2011 Darin received an "Exemplary Performance Award" for Cyber Security by San Diego Business Journal and in 2010 he was named a "Top Influential" by The San Diego Daily Transcript. Darin created the "Securing Our eCity" initiative (now a private Foundation) in his former employer at ESET, where he was Chief Operating Officer. The initiative (which is now an independent Foundation) was recognized by The White House as the "Best Local/Community Plan" DHS National Cybersecurity Awareness Challenge.
Mr. Andersen has an MBA in Finance and Operations Management and 2nd Masters in Information Systems and Operations Systems from University of Southern California.
Mark Sandson - Mr. Sandson is the President of Core Strategic Advisors, with more than 40 years of business experience. He is a strategic advisor and financial intermediary, assisting middle market technology services businesses. Mr. Sandson advises clients seeking growth equity financing and exit planning for developing businesses. Numerous advisees have received growth equity investment. Ten of his advisees have enjoyed favorable exit transactions. Two of his advisees have been recognized as Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" award recipients. Previously, Mr. Sandson was an executive of technology-based businesses, specifically in information systems, aerospace, defense, and engineering. He has held executive roles in both public and private companies and has served as a member of the board of directors of nine firms and president, CEO, and chairman of his own advisory business.
