The WD-HA Pro is an essential tool to have when encountering critical head failure with Western Digital 3.5" Desktop Hard Drives. The process is simple: adjust and align HDD heads while scanning with a tool like the Atola Insight. While its transparent enclosure allows a technician to watch the heads hover over the disk surface attempting to read the servo, the three micrometers (arranged in a circle, 120 degrees apart) on the WD-HA PRO adjust to produce extremely precise positioning of heads on the hard drive.
