The "Absolute" service includes all their standard letting and property management services. However, not only will they take over time consuming administrative tasks, Galliard Residential will now also take care of - and pay for - emergency repairs, plus offer cosmetic repairs such as the replacement of worn out carpets or flooring after five years. The new "Makeover" property rejuvenation service guarantees you a higher rent for your property with a complete assessment of its full rental potential. Galliard Residential has over 20 years of experience in the property industry and will quote for improvements that tenants truly value.
