Fund Raising Joy To Life Walk Of Life At Tallapoosa St, Montgomery

- Montgomery, AL (1888PressRelease) April 29, 2015 - On April 29, 2015 the Joy to Life Foundation proudly celebrated their 15th year of the Joy to Life - Walk of Life! "Joy to Life - Walk of Life" is a fundraising event to aid breast cancer patients, that the Joy to Life Foundation organised every year. This year registration fee for the event was reduced to $25 from 5K.
Like the previous year, this year too on Saturday, April 18th and run or walk to raise awareness and support for the fight against breast cancer was organised by the organisation. The Walk of Life began at 8:30 AM with the starting line on Tallapoosa Street near Dreamland BBQ and ended at the finish line on Commerce Street by the Alley Station.
From the finish line, all participants walked through the tunnel to Montgomery's Riverfront Park with the wristband on their wrist. Inside the park, people enjoyed various types of food, drinks, the Mighty Kids Dash on various vendors stands. That event was for entire family and many families took part in the event to raise fund to fight breast cancer. There were many artists who performed music and lots more. There was sponsor tents where participants got a chance to meet them.
