Fun-filled 3-Day Seasia Engagement Model (SEM) Meet 2021 conducted Uphills
In order to revamp outreach and delivery model, Seasia Infotech organized 3-days event for the management in Parwanoo from 12th to 14th November 2021. The event was a perfect opportunity for the company to pause and reflect on ongoing processes and models.
- Evansville, IN-KY (1888PressRelease) November 30, 2021 - Engagement Model 2021 was organized in the serene environment of hills so that the attendees can relax and come up with new ideas that will help Seasia Infotech in the betterment of relationship delivery. Special outdoor activities such as sightseeing, bonfire, stimulation activities, and treasure hunts were conducted to promote the creativity of one and all.
The whole Seasia fraternity was elated to have an in-person meet after the pandemic; it was a much-needed break from video calls and online presentations. The event turned out to be a catalyst in solving business problems and coming up with suggestions that would give the right direction to the organization.
Insightful Presentations
All members were asked to come prepared with presentations. The great thing about these presentations was that this was a brainstorming session for all. The presenters not only imparted knowledge through their presentations but also involved everyone in coming up with innovative ideas. Indeed, it was a great decision as many out-of-the-box ideas were presented by members that would be executed at the earliest.

Department and Project Evaluation
All departments and their projects were evaluated in order to find involved discrepancies that were costing the business. All departments were rated based on their performance, and those who had performed exceptionally well were asked to share the secret sauce with others. Apart from that, projects were also evaluated to ensure that recurring clients get the best from the company. Other than that, special emphasis on transparency was laid. Since Seasia Infotech has built a positive reputation across the globe with its exceptional services and transparency, it was decided to take it to the next level and provide utmost transparency to all its clients.
Communication
Communication is the best way to stay in touch with clients and build confidence. Right communication brings more clients and exposure to the company. Seasia Infotech is already doing exceptionally well in standards of communication and building long-term relationships with clients. Since here is always scope for improvement, all the attendees shared their researches with facts and figures to highlight certain techniques that can be fruitful for the organization in the long run.
A Big Surprise
The one thing that was held under wraps was the appreciation. Senior management was appreciated for its constant efforts to improve the operations of the company. The biggest surprise was the brand new car gifted to Mr. Ishaan Gogna, the delivery manager. Everyone was equally surprised and congratulated Mr. Gogna for his extraordinary contributions.
After GTM meet, another testimonial is that you essentially have to disengage yourself from your day-to-day routine to give the complete focus required for such a strategy meeting.
