Ft Myers Life Coach, Mary Lynn Ziemer, Presents at Naples Newcomers Luncheon
Mary Lynn Ziemer, a Certified Master Life Coach, presented at the January Naples Newcomers Luncheon to over 100 attendees. The topic focused on clearly defining and achieving New Year's resolutions. Ziemer will also be hosting small group workshops in Estero around the same theme of creating and achieving goals for 2011.

The presentation focused on clearly defining and following through with New Year's Resolutions and goals for 2011. Mary Lynn also discussed the importance of ensuring that resolutions are aligned with the things in life that will bring joy and fulfillment.

This presentation discussed the importance of having very clearly defined goals and action plans. However, I also pointed out that we often need to change the way we think about things in order for our goals and aspirations to come to fruition."
Mary Lynn has served as a keynote speaker and presenter for a variety of area events, workshops, and seminars. She is also holding a series of small group style workshops focused on New Year's Resolutions beginning in January. The workshops will be held at Grandezza in Estero, with weekly groups meeting in the evening on Wednesdays or Thursdays, or in the morning on Saturdays. The cost of the workshops are $35 per person, with an average group size of six people.
