Workshops will begin in January, with options to attend either Wednesday or Thursday evenings, or Saturday mornings. Workshops are $35 per person and space is limited.

Mary Lynn Ziemer, a Certified Master Ft. Myers Life Coach, hopes to help Southwest Florida residents avoid this "New Year's Resolution regret syndrome" through an upcoming workshop series. The series will focus on helping people better define their resolutions, and learn how to ensure they come to fruition. These small group style workshops begin in January, and will be held Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
