FSRDG LLC introduces a webinar that details the complexities as well as integral tactics for tackling Keyword Search Mediation
Daniel Garrie, BA, MA Computer Science, JD law, Counsel and Senior Managing Partner at FSRDG a boutique electronic forensics and E-Discovery consulting firm, with Yoav Griver, partner at Zek Law Firm, presented a webinar from Thomson Reuter's West Legal Ed's website on Wednesday, June 7th.
- (1888PressRelease) June 14, 2011 - In Keyword Search, a frequently used approach in the E-Discovery process of litigation, the difference in hyphenation between the words "email" and "e-mail" could consume invaluable hours and dollars. Mr. Garrie and Mr. Griver's presentation, titled "Keyword Mediation: Strategies for Success," detailed different methods for finding electronically stored information (ESI) more efficiently, specific cases which shed light on important milestones in Keyword Mediation, and how to plan ahead to avoid an "email" vs. "e-mail" conundrum.
Mr. Garrie and Mr. Griver are currently in the works on a book on E-Discovery and arbitration to be published by Thomson Reuters later this year.
