Webinar seeks to clarify the burgeoning role of special masters in complex E-Discovery disputes.
- (1888PressRelease) July 08, 2011 - On Thursday, July 14 at 1pm EST, Daniel Garrie, Managing Partner and Counsel at Focused Solution Recourse Delivery Group (FSRDG), an electronic forensics consulting firm, will present a one-hour webinar with Jeffrey Rosenfeld and Michael Sherman, counsel and partner at Bingham McCutchen respectively.
The webinar, presented though Thomson Reuter's Legal WestEd Center, is intended for attorneys involved in E-Discovery arbitration and litigation and will answer questions such as why special masters are often appointed in conjunction with intensive E-Discovery disputes, how to select a special master, how to litigate well in front of a special master, and the scope of a special master's jurisdiction in court.
As all three presenters have extensive experience in high-stakes E-Discovery cases, the webinar will include invaluable anecdotes and case studies.

Daniel Garrie, Esq., received a B.A. and an M.A. in Computer Science from Brandeis, and a JD from Rutgers.
