  • (1888PressRelease) February 22, 2011 - The event, which is being held for the fifth time on 24 March 2011, is organised by the French Trade Commission UBIFRANCE in the UK.

    The French Speciality Food Day will start at 9.30am with a conference on the British market for speciality and fine foods, including the market for French foods. The conference will be followed by a lunch/tasting at 12.30pm, which will be attended by French producers as well as British importers, retailers and buyers.

    A range of food products will be on display, including speciality hot drinks, delicatessen meats and pâtés, chocolates and sweets. British food buyers and importers will have the opportunity to discover and sample these various high-quality products. The event will also give participants ample scope for networking.
