The French Trade Commission in London will unveil the French Pavilion at the Call Centre & Customer Management Expo, the key CRM and call-centre event in the UK, to be held in Birmingham from 21 to 22 September 2010. The French Pavilion will showcase dynamic French companies from across the customer-management and call-centre industries.
