Mr. Flumenbaum specializes in handling the legal aspects of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. He has represented both institutional and non-institutional clients in a wide variety of real estate transactional matters including, among others, real property purchases and sales, retail and commercial leasing, and mortgage financings, refinancings and restructurings. In the past year alone, Mr. Flumenbaum has successfully negotiated, documented and closed purchase and sale transactions involving real property located in California, New York and many other states for an aggregate amount of over $250 million.
