Fractional use program to be offered at Orange County RV Dealership
The Lodge Motor Coach Center will be rolling out their new fractional use program to make it affordable to own an RV.
- Orange County, CA (1888PressRelease) February 19, 2011 - The California State Board of Equalization has approved the Fractional use program designed and developed by The Lodge Motor Coach Center. This program is designed to make very affordable to own and operate an RV.
The Lodge will store it, maintain it, insure it, and clean it. The fractional owner is scheduled for a 1/10th use schedule of their choice typically 4 to 6 weeks depending on the plan. In addition their name is on the title so they will enjoy tax benefits of owning a second home.
The program was developed to maximize the usage rate of an RV. The average owner only uses 22 days or 4 weeks, in our program we allow for 30 days of mixed use time. Thus the cost of operating an RV is drastically reduced.
Our entry level unit is a Airstream Bambi and the cost is $1,750.00 down payment and $175.00 per month. All of our units will be made availible for the program. Our product lines will include Airstream, Monaco, Rexhall and Born Free Motor Coach.
This program will once again make it affordable to have an RV and use it for your vacations.
