Fractional Use Program Approved By State Of California For The Lodge Motor Coach Center
Today it was announced that the California State Board of California approved the fractional use program.
- Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA (1888PressRelease) February 21, 2011 - It was announced today that the Fractional use program was appoved for implamentation by the State Board of equalization. the certification process took over 3 months and included the ruling proceedure of attaining a written statement of certification by the board.
With this in place The Lodge Motor Coach Centyer can now move forward with implamenting it's program. They expect to roll out their program in April of 2011. Their first location is to be Orange County and they are currently working with Jodi Meade of CBRE APG to attain a site.
After the ruling Nancy key was quoted as saying," Now we can get onto the business of putting this program into place and finally make it affordable to have an RV". Jeff Dubel was quoted also, " Now we can sell motor homes and save people money at the same time, especially in this economy".
