Fractional program showing interest in Orange County
The customer reception of the idea to own a fractional portion of a RV is taking hold.

Most customers are seeing the benefit of only paying for what you actually use, the convience of having it stored at the facility and all of the included services that make the fractional use program work.
People are seeing the benefits. Why pay for something you are not using. The program works and people ar forming contact lists and have expressed interest that when The Lodge opens they will be there to purchase the program.
The Lodge also announced that the first block of units will be 100. They will be a collection of Airstream, Monaco, Born Free and Rexhall motor coaches. All programs will be on a first come first serve basis.
Staff also announced it will advertising in the Orange County Register for the job fair they plan in April this year.
