- Lousiville, KY-IN (1888PressRelease) September 07, 2012 - Foxhollow Farm is excited to host the 5th Annual Fall Festival, a fun-filled celebration of autumn that has become a favorite for families throughout the Kentuckiana area. The event will take place on Saturday, October 13, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
The 2012 Fall Festival includes a variety of entertainment and culinary delights for the whole family to enjoy. The fun-filled day includes live bluegrass music, a pick-your-own-pumpkin patch, hay castles, old-fashioned carnival games, a cakewalk, hay and horse rides, plus farm-fresh foods galore from Wiltshire Pantry, Rye, Grind Food Truck and Gilberto Gelato. Activities such as face painting, mural painting, silk dying and more will be available for purchase at the festival.
The event is sponsored by PNC Bank and Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP. Net proceeds from the 5th Annual Fall festival will benefit Maryhurst, a local non-profit organization that cares for abused and neglected children, and Foxhollow Farm's Education Outreach programs. The 2011 event raised over $19,000 for the organizations.
