Fourth Annual EaDo Colorado Springs Christkindl Market Set for November 23rd
Shoppers can enjoy food trucks, craft cocktails, and seasonal beers, while browsing holiday gifts from local artists and vendors. Every purchase enters customers into a door prize raffle. Hot cocoa will be served and cash and toy donations for Toys for Tots will be accepted.
- Colorado Springs, CO (1888PressRelease) October 17, 2024 - 1350 Distilling, a Colorado Springs veteran, women, and teacher owned craft distillery announced The Fourth Annual EaDo Christkindl Market, presented by 1350 Distilling and Mash Mechanix Brewing Co. for Saturday, November 23, 2024 from 11am to 3pm.
The event will be hosted concurrently in two locations: 1350 Distilling at 520 E. Pikes Peak Avenue and the Mash Mechanix Brewing Co. at 429 E. Pikes Peak Avenue in the Eastern Downtown area (“EaDo”) of Colorado Springs.
Food trucks will be at both locations. Specialty craft cocktails will be served at 1350 Distilling, while seasonal beers will be served at Mash Mechanix to get shoppers into the “Holiday Spirit”.
Local artists and vendors with products and services ideal for holiday gifts will be on hand at both locations. With every purchase from a vendor, customers are entered to win door prizes provided by the vendors.
“We want to create a fun, holiday-inspired event where local artisans and small businesses can share their products in two settings,” said Jake Weien, co-owner of 1350 Distilling. “Having our fellow EaDo friends at Mash Mechanix joining us for a fourth year of fun just makes the event even more exciting for all of us.”
There will be free hot cocoa served, and as a part of 1350 Distilling’s Angel Battalion fundraising for local nonprofits, they will be collecting cash and new, unwrapped toy donations for Toys for Tots.
As in the previous years, the sale of locally-sourced Wine Punt Commemorative Christkindl Mugs are being offered. Each year there is a different design engraved on a recycled wine bottle cut into a tumbler shaped glass or mug. With the purchase of the mug, guests receive an Old Fashioned at 1350 Distilling and three beer pours at Mash Mechanix Brewing Co. plus a chance to win gift certificates at each business.
