    To solidify its market positioning and to procure support in its current growth phase, Parta Dialogue proceeded with the nomination of four notable members to its Board of Directors. These new nominees are Marielle Villamaux, Corporate Marketing Director for Veolia Transdev of France, Marcelline Goldstein, Senior Acrobatic Scout at Cirque du soleil, Pierre Colas, Vice President and Director of Corporate Financing at Industrielle Alliance and Jean-Francois Pelland, corporate lawyer at McMillan. "It is with greate pleasure that we welcome these members to our Board," states Paul Allard, CEO of Parta Dialogue. "With their deep knowledge of finance, communications and corporate strategy, they will help us develop our business and maintain our global leadership in a sector that is growing rapidly."

    The nomination of above Board Members is effective as of April 10th for an undetermined period.

    Bios of Nominees:

    Marielle Villamaux, Corporate Marketing Director for Veolia Transdev France, was educated at France's renowned HEC business school. After a fruitful career on the executive of EURO RSCG in France and Hong Kong, she joined Véolia in 2007. Here, she has been involved in transformative corporate projects since 2008. She was the principal supervisor of the 'Full Potential' project, which sought to analyze the value chain and areas of sustainable profitability for Veolia Transport in new markets as well as "Tokai", a project linking human and industrial elements around the fusion of the company with Transdev in March of 2011. Other tasks include the administration, four years running, of the SuperShuttle, lead on the transport on demand sector in North America and support for Veolia Transportation in its international development (opening of activities in France and Sweden), its acquisition policy as well as its commercial performance.


    Marceline Goldstein is the senior acrobatic scout at Cirque du Soleil. She is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, working with international casting partners to assist in sourcing actions and work with various teams to develop various marketing tools to inform and educate of Cirque career opportunities and its corporate culture. Prior to joining Cirque du Soleil, Marceline was the director of a small business, Infusion Productions, managing several dance and fitness programs in Ottawa and Toronto. She had also created several international contacts in the UK, Netherlands, South Korea, Singapore, New Zealand throughout the years promoting and marketing various acrobatic performances. Marceline holds a B.Sc. and a Business Certificate from the University of Ottawa. She also pursued her studies in Advertising and Graphic Design at Algonquin and Humber College, respectively.

    Pierre Colas, Vice President and Director of Corporate Financing at Industrielle Alliance, graduated from Concordia University with a major in Marketing. Pierre has been actively involved in the securities field for over 25 years. He currently holds the position of Vice-President and managing director at Industrial Alliance Securities. Throughout his career, he has participated in over one hundred initial public offerings in sectors such as mining, oil and gas, high technology, biotechnology and industrial. He is also a member of the consulting team of the TSX Venture Exchange and of the Small and Medium Business advisory committee to the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

    Jean-François Pelland, corporate lawyer at McMillan is a member of the Québec Bar since 1994 and holder of a post-graduate tax degree which he obtained in 1998 from the Montreal business school HEC. Jean-François is a partner at one of the leading canadian law firms, McMillan LLP, where he conducts his domestic and international business law practice with an emphasis in the fields of institutional, public and private financing, mergers and acquisitions, structuring and tax planning. Jean-Francois is regularly acting as lead counsel for listed issuers, agents and capital pool corporations for listing, public equity financings and acquisitions, mainly in emerging sectors such as social media, IT, mining, oil and gas, cleantechs and biotechs. He also served since 2002 as director or officer of numerous issuers listed on the TSX and TSX-V.
