Old Republic Title, Spartan Wealth Management, and Bancroft Plastic Surgery will all be open for business in Founders Plaza located at the intersection of Sweetwater Boulevard and Lexington Boulevard in Sugar Land.
Old Republic Title
Old Republic Title, known for providing title insurance and related real estate services to the Greater Houston Area for more than a century, relocated its Sugar Land office to suite 290 in Founders Plaza. Celebrating their grand opening on June 1, 2010, Old Republic Title's fourth Houston-area location now utilizes 3,664 square feet on the second level. Spartan Wealth Management

Bancroft Plastic Surgery
Dr. Greg Bancroft will be opening Bancroft Plastic Surgery in the remaining first floor space of Founders Plaza, suite 140. The 2,627 SF surgery center will offer a complete range of plastic surgery procedures from reconstructive surgeries to cosmetic operations. Coupling this space with Dr. Bancroft's position as the medical director of the new medical spa in the Albert Luiz Salon, in Sugar Land Town Square, ensures Sugar Land residents will have complete and convenient access to the full spectrum of plastic surgery treatment options.
