Foundation Financial Group honors Todd Smith with Timothy Brosier Diamond Award
Financial services employees nominate peer for outstanding 4th quarter work.

Human Resources Vice President Bradley "Todd" Smith, in Foundation Financial Group's Atlanta center, received the company's Timothy Brosier Diamond Award for outstanding service to Foundation Financial Group during the fourth quarter of 2010. Nominated by his co-workers for the award, Smith earned a vacation getaway package, compliments of Foundation Financial Group.
"Todd exemplifies the solid work ethic, professionalism and can-do attitude embodied by the namesake of this award," said Foundation Financial Group CEO Mark W. Boyer. "Todd sets an example of building trust, removing employee roadblocks and never making excuses on the job."
Smith, who joined Foundation Financial Group in May 2010, was instrumental in establishing many of the companies retention, reward, training and development programs.
Timothy Brosier worked at Foundation Financial Group's center in Savannah, Ga., until he passed away from cancer in late October 2010. Brosier only worked four months with Foundation Financial Group, but during that time, he touched many lives through his energy, sense of humor and ability to encourage others with a no-excuses attitude.
Foundation Financial Group employees nominate their colleagues for the Timothy Brosier Diamond Award each quarter. The financial services company's executive team reviews all nominations and then selects the winner.
