Fortune International Achieves $24 Million In Sales Over Six Weeks at Axis Condominium
After only six weeks of leading the sales and marketing efforts at Axis, Fortune International today announced that it has sold 71 condominiums reaching $24 million in sales.
- Miami, FL (1888PressRelease) March 16, 2012 - After only six weeks of leading the sales and marketing efforts at Axis, Fortune International today announced that it has sold 71 condominiums at the Arquitectonica-designed twin-tower community located in the heart of Miami's bustling Mary Brickell Village neighborhood. In making the announcement, Fortune International President and CEO Edgardo Defortuna said the 71 sales total almost $24 million, with individual sales ranging from $275,000 to $450,000.
Defortuna cited Fortune International's strong presence in Latin America as a key reason for the brisk sales, as 80 percent of the units sold were to South American buyers. The most popular configurations were Axis' two-bedroom, two-bath floorplans. Just over 200 units remain at the 718-unit development, including three-bedroom and townhouse floorplans at very attractive pricing, he added.
"Clearly, the sales pace at Axis indicates the real estate market in South Florida is really heating up, and Axis is leading the trend," Defortuna said. "In fact, the most recent statistics from the Miami Association of Realtors cited a 14 percent uptick in condominium contracts over the previous month. At this rate, purchasing opportunities at well-priced, well-located buildings like Axis will rapidly start to disappear."
