Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN-WI (1888PressRelease) April 19, 2011 - Fortune Forward founder and real estate entrepreneur, Mike Mangan, enthralled members of Northern Illinois Real Estate Investor Association (NIREA) as the guest expert at their regular meeting earlier this month. Mike spoke about the power of rental property and discussed his proven strategies for growing a solid cash flowing portfolio of properties. This speaking engagement was encored by two additional networking opportunities allowing guests to meet and ask questions of Mike personally.

The class delved into the workings of the real estate cycle, how to capitalize on the current opportunity, how to accurately analyze a property, and several other foundational topics.
