- Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN-WI (1888PressRelease) April 08, 2011 - Fortune Forward Education Kicks Off a Real Estate Investor Association in Minnesota Offering High Quality Networking and Educational Opportunities for Local Investors
Fortune Forward's Real Estate Investing Association, also known as FFREIA, has a primary focus to provide active and new investors with the education, support and other tools necessary to actually make money in today's real estate market.
In this turbulent, uncertain, and often frightening economy, more and more people are turning towards property as a way to secure their financial future. "Buying property has always been a great way to earn extra money and build long term wealth" says Mike Mangan, Founder of FFREIA, a support and educational club in the Twin Cities.
"The reality is that investors who are committed to growing their success need ongoing education and support." Says Mangan, "Unfortunately, they haven't had a lot of choices in the past for getting this education and support in Minnesota. That's why we formed the REIA."
FFREIA holds monthly meetings featuring high energy networking, educational speakers, vendor tables, cocktails, games, and prizes. They foster a friendly and welcoming environment for attendees to meet likeminded investors, professionals, and vendors to learn from and do business with.
"What is unique about FFREIA is that it provides several opportunities for education and networking above and beyond the standard monthly meetings," says Mike Mangan, founder of Fortune Forward. "These supplementary opportunities provide a venue for investors to build strong relationships and engage in meaningful and in-depth interactions and include a monthly Breakfast with Fortune Forward, which offers investors the opportunity to start their day off right by networking in a friendly and casual environment with like-minded folks over a tasty breakfast, as well as the Foreclosure Bus Tour."
"Foreclosure Bus Tours are immensely popular and well established events that I have hosted for over five years," says Mangan. "As we all know, real investing happens in the field." Foreclosure Bus Tours provide an opportunity for investors to explore a sample property's potential as an investment and to hone their analyzing skills with the guidance of veteran investors as well as various other experts in real estate related industries such as a general contractor, a real estate agent, and a property manager.
"FFREIA offers opportunities to investors that are completely unique and superior to anything currently available in breadth, depth and frequency. Quite simply, FFREIA is head and shoulders above others," said Margaret Uriah, owner of Hamline Property Management, a repeat FFREIA event vendor.
