Fortunate Youth Announces Fall Tour
Reggae/dub band, Fortunate Youth, has announced their latest Fall tour. The "Fall With Friends Tour" starts in late August and is set up to promote their latest album. It is sure to excite and leave fans wanting more.

South Bay standouts, Fortunate Youth, have already accomplished more than enough for 2014. The reggae/dub band finished their "It's All A Jam" tour last Spring, as well as releasing their fourth studio album, "Fortunate Youth Dub Collections Vol. 1". To top it off, Fortune Youth appeared at several Summer festivals including Reggae In the Hills, Wakarusa and Uplift Music and Arts Festival. With a unique style and sound, Fortunate Youth's upcoming tour is sure to be unforgettable.
The "Fall With Friends Tour" is the latest venture for the West Coast band. The tour is set up to promote their album "It's All A Jam" which has received several accolades in itself. Released last year, the album topped several Billboard and iTunes charts. They were #1 on the Billboard Reggae Chart as well as the iTunes Reggae Chart. The album cracked the top 10 on Billbaord's Pacific Heatseekers Chart and was also featured on the Billboard National Heatseeker Chart and iTunes Overall Chart. To say the least, "It's All A Jam" found success across many lists and continues to gain listeners.
Fortunate Youth will not be alone on their upcoming tour. Various bands such as New Kingston, The Expanders, Ashes of Babylon, The Steppas and more will join them. With these bands on the set list, the "Fall With Friends Tour" is sure to give fans an exciting and memorable experience. The three month long tour boasts 55 shows starting in late August. The tour kicks off on August 28, 2014 in Flagstaff, Arizona and travels throughout the country. Fortunate Youth will visit Colorado, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Florida and many more states and will end the tour back home in Hermosa Beach, California on November 26, 2014.
Fortunate Youth is a six man multi-instrumentalist group that has been producing reggae music since 2009. They are known for their versatile sound, including roots reggae, vocal harmonies as well as their lively bass lines. Dan Kelly's stage presence commands focus and the lyrics leave their fans feeling "positive in such a negative world".
