The Key Initiative committee was formed to open new doors for the Ronald McDonald House Charities by engaging young professionals to host fundraising events to support the families served and build awareness of the organization.

The Key Initiative (KI) committee was formed in 2008 to open new doors for the Ronald McDonald House Charities by engaging young professionals to host fundraising events to support the families served and build awareness of the organization. This esteemed group is compiled of about 20-25 up-and-comers. With more than one third of Metro Orlando's population between the ages of 20 and 44, the Key Initiative group keeps members connected with the young, vibrant community.
Lauren is a commercial litigation attorney practicing in the areas of asset protection, corporate and business law. Lauren is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, as well as U.S. Tax Court and U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She has represented clients at all stages of the legal process and has notable trial experience. Lauren graduated from Florida State University with a JD and MBA. During her time at FSU, Lauren served as the Statewide President of The Florida Bar's Law Student Division representing law students from all of Florida's law schools. As President she developed and launched a statewide mentoring program for law students and started initiatives to promote professionalism in future practitioners.
Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from University of Florida. Lauren is a member of The Florida Bar, The Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association, Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and Seminole Torchbearers. She is an active member of the community, volunteering for a variety of organizations. She was awarded 2010's Most Significant Service Project by The Florida Bar Law Student Division and awarded the 2015 Local Heroes Award by the Ponte Vedra Beach Rotary Club.
