This award is presented to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the career college sector and to the IAPCS throughout the course of their career. Konesco, who is CEO of Educational Management Corporation, served multiple terms as president of IAPCS when he was president of Harrison College from 1986 through 2010. This year marks the first time that this award has been presented in the last decade.
