Former Gardere Partner Patrick Kinder Named to Who's Who in Health Care 2013
Former Gardere Wynne Sewell Partner C. Patrick Kinder selected among leading North Texas Health Care professionals by the Dallas Business Journal.

Patrick Kinder has been named to the Dallas Business Journal's Who's Who in DFW Health Care 2013 list. This prestigious award recognizes the 25 North Texas business leaders who are impacting the health care industry through their innovative work.
As a member of Gardere's Corporate Practice Group and Internet, eCommerce and Technology Industry Team, Mr. Kinder's practice focused on assisting clients with health care and technology transactions. In September, he joined Elite Surgical Affiliates, a Firm client, as its executive vice president and general counsel.

Mr. Kinder has given back to the North Texas health care community through his legal practice for 19 years. From cancer centers to surgery centers, surgical hospitals to home health agencies and hospice organizations to physician practices, Mr. Kinder has assisted health care providers with technology advances and government compliance issues, enabling them to focus on the business of treating patients.
