Former Denver Bronco Reggie Rivers and Rave Reviews, Inc. are excited to announce The Gridiron Challenge™. This football-themed team experience will teach the essential elements of teamwork using the strategies of pro football coaches; put the key concepts into play via games; debrief to help the participants truly capture the core ideas.
- Denver, CO (1888PressRelease) August 14, 2014 - The Gridiron Challenge™ - a "first-of-its-kind" competitive corporate team experience. The Gridiron Challenge™ is an interactive workshop that delivers specific strategies that pro coaches use to get their players to put aside personal agendas and work toward team goals. The Gridiron Challenge™ also puts participants into a fun, competitive environment, where team chemistry is formed, teamwork is rewarded, and team victories are achieved.
The Gridiron Challenge™ combines the knowledge and pro football experience of former Denver Bronco Reggie Rivers with the creative expertise and fun factor of Rave Reviews, Inc., Denver's premiere team building company.
The Gridiron Challenge™ delivers actionable leadership and team-building strategies that can be applied immediately in the workplace.
Held at a venue of your choice, The Gridiron Challenge™ is divided into four quarters.
• 1ST QUARTER: An inside look at the strategies pro football coaches use to build cohesive teams, and the way those strategies can be employed in the office to improve team chemistry.
• 2ND QUARTER: High energy, competitive, interactive games, with names like Touchdown! Agility Trainer, Snap it!, Radar Field Goal Kick, etc. The participates must strategize and work together as a team to score points. The better the team cohesion, the better the performance and the higher the score.
• 3RD QUARTER: An interactive debrief, facilitated by Rivers, to help the participants identify the strategies and ideas they learned during the event and to understand how to apply those lessons when they return to the office. They'll also do an enlightening and powerful team building exercise that will reveal what they have learned about each other during the course of the workshop.
• 4TH QUARTER: The event is followed up with a series of short videos sent to each participant. These videos will recap the lessons they learned, remind them of how to employ the strategies in the office and challenge participants to make the commitment to building a stronger team.
Coaches and athletes learn early on that a strong team ethic is the only way to ensure continued success. Corporations try to replicate that team concept, but often both leaders and workers are stumped about how to develop a team culture that will improve the bottom line. The Gridiron Challenge™ will teach leaders and workers the essential elements of teamwork, put the key concepts into play via games, debrief to help the participants truly capture the core ideas, and then follow up via short videos over the span of a month to firmly implant the team strategies.
