Having just turned fifty years old, she and her new dance company, The Los Angeles Dance Company, will present an exciting evening of dance and music featuring dances choreographed by former American Ballet Theatre dancers, Craig Williams, and herself; Former San Francisco Ballet Principal dancer, Mark Lopez; and Former Paris Opera Principal dancer, Patrick Frantz. This production is all about inspiring people to stay young, to take charge of their health; and keep pursuing their dreams and their aspirations even after fifty years old, it's not over!" says Lévesque.

    Born in Montreal, Canada, Lévesque began her ballet training at the age seven with teachers from the National Ballet of Canada. In 1982, she joined Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, performing lead roles for three years. She received grants from the Canada Council of the Arts and from the Government of Quebec to study in New York and Bulgaria with illustrious Master Teachers.

    In 1985, Lévesque danced the lead role in The Garden of the Heart, which was broadcast live on CBS National TV. That same year, Lévesque was recruited by Mikhail Baryshnikov to join American Ballet Theatre, where she danced for eleven years. Since moving to L.A. in 1996, Lévesque has been providing the highest level of professional instruction at studios such as West Side Academy of Dance, Southland Ballet Academy, and California State University Long Beach. She has been a judge for the Spotlight Awards competition for the Music Center of Los Angeles County every year since 1997 and has judged for the Youth American Grand Prix in 1998.
