For the Kingdom Ministries present Worship Arts Conference 2011 on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at the First Trinity Baptist Church in Jeffersonville, IN. Workshops on vocal arts (choir, praise teams and soloists), dance, spoken word (poetry) and drama will be included.
- Lousiville, KY-IN (1888PressRelease) January 17, 2011 - Julia Royston and For the Kingdom Ministries present Worship Arts Conference 2011 on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at the First Trinity Baptist Church in Jeffersonville, IN. This year's conference, entitled "Frontline Warriors: Equipped and Empowered", will include workshops on vocal arts (choir, praise teams and soloists), dance, spoken word (poetry) and drama.
The General Session will be hosted by nationally renowned Worship Leader/Musician John Ray. Other workshops will be facilitated by Liturgical Dancer/Choreographer Cheryl Turner (Dance), Author/Radio Personality Denise Nolan (Spoken Word/Poetry), Playwright/Dramatist Lisa Banks (Drama), Singer/Songwriter/Psalmist Tiffiany Collier (Soloist) - and Songwriter/Recording Artist Deon Norris (Vocal Arts).
"This conference provides an opportunity to bring credible worship resources, new ideas for revitalized worship experiences, and additional training to congregations with limited human and financial resources to expand or establish worship arts ministries", according to Julia Royston, co-founder of For the Kingdom Ministries. Royston works extensively with congregations helping them to develop or expand their Worship Arts ministries.

Registration will begin at 9:30 AM and the first session will be at 10 AM. The conference will conclude at 2 PM.
