Food Network Star, Ellie Krieger, to appear at the Upstate Spice of Life Show in April
New York Times best-selling author and host of Food Network's Healthy Appetite, Ellie Krieger, is slated to cook at the Upstate Spice of Life Show on April 30. Ms. Krieger will demonstrate a days worth of recipes from her latest book So Easy. A special VIP luncheon with Ellie Krieger will be held on April 30th as well.

The Upstate Spice of Life Show, presented by Greenville Hospital System-University Medical Center and the American Diabetes Association, is a new interactive cooking and entertaining show with a focus on living a healthier lifestyle. The Show will be held Friday April 29 and Saturday, April 30 at the Carolina First Center.
The Upstate Spice of Life Show will feature celebrity chefs, a cooking school with the Culinary Arts Institute of the Carolinas, wellness and fitness experts as well as hands- on home entertaining workshops, green living workshops and seminars, tastings and food samples. There will also be exciting entertainment including performances by Libravado Sisters, an aerialist act from Asheville. More than 150 specialized vendors will also be on hand selling their products and services. Exhibitor applications are still being accepted.
