Flying Fox Promotional Event at Select Citywalk - Saket
Flying received an amazing response on the promotion of their zipline tours at Select City Walk, Saket. The promotions were from 20th-22nd May on the ground floor at the most popular shopping mall of south Delhi.
- (1888PressRelease) May 25, 2016 - If we talk about the location, we expected a great footfall and we were certainly not disappointed. Select City Walk is the first choice of people living in South Delhi for hangouts on weekends and so was our reason of going there.
The team who has represented Flying Fox at promotions at Select City Walk included Symran Dugal, Neha Massey, Vipin Sharma & Harshit Gupta.
As per schedule of the event, the team reached at the venue at 9:00 am on 20th May. We had been allocated a space in the entrance hall of the mall and there were many other companies also promoting their products.
Now it was time to make the set-up at the space provided to us. Select City Walk had already installed the backdrop as per the creative sent by us. We installed a LED screen at the front of our stall and played the video of Flying Fox Jodhpur & Neemrana. We also arranged flyers and tent cards containing the information about the flying fox zip line
adventure and about its locations.
The video screen attracted many people. Some of them enquired about Flying Fox zip line and their locations. We were happy to see some of the people had done zip lining with Flying Fox especially at Neemrana, which is a one-day trip for Delhiites. As it was Friday, the footfall was a bit less compared to the weekend.
On Saturday, the second day of promotion, we expected a big footfall and so it was. Most of the people entering the mall had an eye on the Flying Fox video and some of them recognized us as well. There were many enquiries regarding our company's operations and about various zip line locations in India. The team was busy throughout the day answering queries of the visitors.
A shop & win contest was organized by Select City Walk. It provides the opportunity to a person who had shopped for more than Rs.2000 to win a price by spinning a board.
The second day at select city was very satisfactory for us and we were looking forward to large visitor numbers on Sunday. As expected we witnessed a big crowd from the very start of the day. We met people who showed interest in setting up aerial zip lines at their properties in India and we met lots of people who had experienced our aerial zip line adventure at one of Flying Fox Zip line locations.
By the end of the weekend we were very satisfied with the response of the people coming to Select City Walk and to be able to promote our Zip line tours to the people who didn't know about Flying Fox.
