Flourish Design Elements' Award Winning Designs
Local business Flourish Design Elements (FDE) (a division of the Stairworks Ltd) based out of Guelph, Ontario, Canada was recently presented with an award for "Best Stair Part".
- Stamford-Norwalk, CT (1888PressRelease) August 10, 2013 - This award was presented to FDE by The Stairway Manufacturers' Association out of the United States of America, at their 25th Annual Conference in New Orleans.
The Stairway Manufacturers' Association was officially formed in 1988 to insure the growth and prosperity of the stair industry and craft. The SMA has grown to include stair part manufacturers, stair builders, installers, millwork distributors, and related ancillary businesses that support the stairway industry.

Flourish Design Elements (FDE)
A division of the Stairworks Ltd recognized a need for change,for decades the Stair/Railing industry has used the same product styles, and customers were growing tired of the "Builder's Standard". Flourish responded with great enthusiasm, and begun to revolutionize the industry with uniquely designed products -Products unlike anything seen in the market today. Established in 2009 FDE started creating a designer line of newel posts; they were immediately recognized by high profile interior designers like Lynda Reeves,this in turn sparked interest from companies involved in home buildingthroughout North American. FDE now has "Partners" (distributors)across Canada, and into the US.
Flourish Design Elements currently caters to Architects, Designers, Home Builders, and Stair/Railing Professionals…and soon to come Kitchen Cabinet Professionals.
As for what's up and coming for this "Up and Comer" new designs for the kitchen cabinet industry are in the works, so keep an eye out for those new products to hit the market in late 2013.
