The event’s theme is "Look at FIMS”. Won't She Do It? It will be a 2 hour-long open house with a tour, demonstrations of the fitness programs, and interactions between the trainers with music and conversation. Be prepared to sweat if you want to participate in a sample class! They have weight training, Zumba, yoga, and many more classes they are excited to show you.

Monique Allen is very excited to take on the job as the new owner of FIMS.

“This is an exciting experience for me,” says Monique, “We want to create a bridge between our existing audience and also make our gym a place the hearing impaired and differently-abled members can also call home.”
