Fishkill Karate - Just For Kicks Martial Arts Center Joined Jumpin Jakes To Run An Awesome Star Wars Event That Was A Fundraiser For The Super Ty Foundation!
- Poughkeepsie-Newburgh-Middletown, NY (1888PressRelease) May 17, 2013 - On Saturday Night May 4th - Fishkill Based Karate School - Just For Kicks Martial Arts joined forces with Jumpin Jakes, a local children's play place, to raise money for the Super Ty foundation!
The night was awesome as costumed characters from the 501st legion attended the event and played laser tag and took pictures with the kids.
Just for Kicks not only helped run the event but they even gave away free 2 week memberships to everyone who attended the event as a way to say thank you for helping support an amazing charity!
The event was a huge success raising almost $2,000 for the Super Ty Charity. Just For Kicks Owner Robert Blum Said, "We are very glad that we could run a fun family friendly community event that also helped raise awareness and funds for this awesome charity!"
